SAFETY & REPORTING
A story can be useful and still need care.
If something on LearnStory exposes private information, misrepresents consent or could cause harm, report it. The team can review or unpublish it.
LearnStory is not monitored as an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted local support resource instead of waiting for a response here.
What to report
- Private contact details, identity details or information that could put someone at risk.
- A story published without the contributor’s consent or under the wrong identity.
- Harassment, threats, hateful material or harmful instructions.
- A correction or removal request from a contributor.
- Anything that makes a story unsafe, misleading or unsuitable for the library.
What to include
Send the story link, a short description of the concern and a safe way to reply. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. LearnStory may temporarily remove a public story while the issue is reviewed.
